Casa Querencia is a permanent supportive housing community serving individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, including those with mental and physical disabilities. Applicants must meet the definition of chronic homelessness and may be referred through coordinated entry systems, outreach programs, or partner agencies.

Priority is given to individuals who:
- Have experienced long-term or repeated episodes of homelessness
- Have a disabling condition (mental illness, physical disability, substance use disorder, or chronic health condition)
- Are connected with or willing to engage with supportive services
